Applying to trip of a life time has been unbelievable experience for me. I would never have imagined getting accepted to this program and going to beautiful states such as Utah, Arizona, Nevada and California with Rein teen tours. I first found out about this program through my counselor in my school and found it interesting for summer so I sent out an application along with my counselor’s recommendation. After a few weeks I received an email saying that I am a finalist for trip of a lifetime scholarship. I was really excited but I know that I still have to go through with phone interview. Every day I waited for the final email and finally I got accepted. I was so happy because I would never have imagined encountering this great journey with so many new adventures.
Trip of a life time is not only visiting places, it’s also about getting independent and building up self-confidence. We saw such an amazing places. We did camping first four days in Utah. It was so much fun. Then we went to beautiful Canyons in Arizona and Utah like Zion, Bryce and grand. Arizona and Utah has natural beauty. After that we went to Nevada Las Vegas. We went to ferries wheel. Finally we headed to California. We stayed in San Francisco. We went to golden gate bridge. It was awesome. We also went to Los Angeles to see Rodeo driver. Finally we did community service in Santa Barbara. I did unity Shoppe. It was great experience. We helped needy people.
One important thing that the Rein teen staff were really caring and helpful and the places we went has changed my thoughts and views and opened up my eyes. This tour was really awesome and I had trip of a life time.
